According to PAW from VzEkC e. V., you can read and write hard-sectored floppy disk with the JU-475-5 in connection with FLUXTEEN/FLUXCOPY.
Jumper Settings
I tested the drive with my IBM 5170 motherboard and the Apaptec AHA-1542B controller. In the BIOS I configured the floppy drive as 1.2MB (360 RPM) but it can also read double-sided 360KB and single-sided 160KB floppy disks without problems (both 300 RPM); variable compatibility, reads 96 or 48 tpi.
My default dettings are: DS2, OP, AT, GX, DC, DA, TM, RY (solder bridge)
